COGAMI’s art workshops just closed down an exhibition that took place at Ciudad de la Cultura in Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña-Galicia).

Together with works of Taller Xeira, which is a member of the A.R.T.S, other works created by some of our colleagues of Cogami Day  Care Centre and Monterroso Occupational Training Centre were shown. The exposition consisted on fourteen paintings and two sculptures.Here we show you some pictures from the exhibition:

To celebrate the International Museum Day, the Museum of Lugo organised an activity consisting in the preparation of the work of ephemeral art “Collective Forest” under the direction of artist Alberto Pena Rey.

It was open to anyone who wanted to participate. The “Xeira” workshop went with Cogami Day Care Centre to provide colour and creativity to the mural. This is a small summary.
 

In COGAMI´s Centre in Lugo there develops from January, 2016 the workshop “Xeira” that is an opportunity of activity prelaboral for 15 persons with disability. It takes as a purpose the improvement of their labor insertion across a better training.
